  • Device model and operating system version
  • Giggy app version, if available
  • The screen or workflow where the issue happened
  • What you expected and what happened instead
  • Screenshots or a screen recording, when useful
  • Whether it affects sign-in, billing, offer reading, mileage, exports, or account deletion

Use the in-app deletion flow first.

Deleting the app does not automatically delete cloud account records. Use Giggy's account deletion flow inside the app. If that flow is blocked, contact support and include the email tied to the account.
