Is Giggy a bot or an order grabber?

No. Giggy is not a bot, automation tool, or order grabber. It never accepts, rejects, or grabs orders for you. It only presents offer information clearly so you can make your own decision — every tap stays with the driver.

Which delivery platforms does Giggy work with?

Giggy works alongside the apps drivers already use, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Walmart Spark, and Roadie.

How does Giggy read offers?

Giggy reads the offer details already visible on your screen and presents pay, distance, and time in one clear view. It does not connect to delivery-platform accounts or place actions on your behalf — it simply helps you read what is in front of you faster.

Does Giggy track mileage automatically?

Giggy keeps trip history, mapped routes, and clean mileage logs so your records hold up to a weekly review — or a year-end one. Mileage data can be exported whenever you need it.

Is my data private?

Yes. Giggy keeps your shift data on your device where it can, does not sell your data, and does not run ads against your work. You can export your records when you ask, and the app includes an in-app account deletion flow.

How much does Giggy cost?

Giggy is free to download on iPhone and Android. Some advanced features are available through an optional premium subscription, with billing and renewals handled by the App Store or Google Play.

How do I get support or delete my account?

For help with sign-in, subscriptions, offer reading, mileage, exports, or privacy, email join.giggy@gmail.com.

To delete your account and cloud records, use the account deletion flow inside the app. If it is blocked, contact support with the email tied to your account.
